Our Work

We focus on empowerment training of women belonging to low income communities in India by helping them develop their own cover letters. We have created 10 cover letter templates in English and Hindi. We are currently formalising partnerships with NGOs in Indore to organize interactive sessions which revolve around the importance of cover letters and how to prepare them. We also plan to expand our reach to school students by conducting workshops with class 12th students on skill development and career planning. By introducing the habit of developing and updating cover letters from the high school level itself, we seek to inculcate skills that are key to self-expression in the formal economy – engagement with which is often considered to be a prerequisite of economic mobility.
